Apis Mercantile

City: Charleston

Apis Mercantile was founded in Charleston, SC in 2017 by Liam Becker and John Berdux. After starting a backyard apiary in college on St. Philip Street, both Liam and John were hooked on honey. Since those first backyard beehives, we have grown our network of beekeepers so that we're able to offer regional wildflower honey and rare, single-varietal honey that's flavor is a true reflection of the blossom the honey bees foraged to make it.
